III. Product Structure

1. Insulation layer: The unique formula and mixing technology ensure the high-quality of prefabricated EPDM insulation rubber.

2. Outer semiconductive layer: Prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber meets the IEEE592 standard.

3. Surge arrester core: composed of specially processed zinc oxide surge arrester valve plates.

4. Copper bottom cover: The copper bottom cover is tightly integrated with the outer conductive layer of the lightning arrester, effectively waterproofing the lightning arrester and providing a grounding point for the lightning arrester.

5. Grounding wire: The grounding wire provided at the lower end of the lightning arrester is used to effectively connect the lightning impulse voltage to the grounding position.

6. Inner semiconductive layer: Prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber effectively controls electrical stress.
