I. Overview

The DFW series high-voltage Cable distribution box is widely used for node connections in 35kV, 25kV, and 10kV cable systems. It is the main electrical equipment for collecting and distributing cables after they exit the switchgear. The cable joints of the distribution box are insulated with high-grade imported rubber tightly wrapped insulation, without exposed live parts; Switches with switch distribution boxes are all SF6 insulated load switches.

The DFW junction box is designed for outdoor maintenance free operation, safe and reliable, with a protection level of IP33. The underground junction can withstand flooding. This product is widely used in urban industrial communities, residential areas, commercial centers, mining areas, large enterprises such as steel, automobiles, petroleum, chemical, cement, and other occasions for power distribution networks. It is particularly suitable for urban power grid renovation projects, which can greatly save electrical equipment and cable investment and improve power supply reliability.

II. Product Features:

--Compact structure, small footprint, easy installation, convenient operation, and maintenance free.

--The box body is entirely made of metal steel plates or stainless steel plates, with a thickness of 2mm. It adopts anti-corrosion design and special painting treatment, and can operate reliably in harsh environments (with a service life of ≥ 30 years).

--Outdoor all-weather, fully protective structure, suitable for high temperature, severe cold, flood immersion, and high dust areas.

--Fully sealed and insulated structure, no insulation distance required. The high-voltage live parts are all prefabricated cable connectors made of silicone rubber or EPDM, effectively ensuring personal safety.

--Flexible combinations can enable up to seven branch lines, which can be combined with SF6 load switches to form a ring network power supply, fully meeting various wiring requirements.

--The cable joint can be used as a switch, with load plug and unplug, to disconnect 200A load current.

--After installing the fault indicator. Can quickly detect circuit faults.
